Additional card or payment methods, when available, will be displayed directly at checkout.
Currency
Our store's primary currency is USD ($).
If your card or payment account uses another currency, your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or additional fees.
Payment Security
Payments are processed through Shopify Checkout and applicable payment providers.
Acotin does not store your complete payment card details on its own systems.

Payment Issues
If your payment is declined, possible reasons may include:
- incorrect card or payment information;
- insufficient funds;
- security restrictions applied by your bank;
- the selected payment method not being available in your region;

If a payment continues to fail, please contact your bank or payment provider before attempting the transaction again.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
After Acotin initiates a refund, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds to your account.

Discount Codes
Eligible discount codes must be entered during checkout before the order is completed.
Discount codes generally cannot be added retroactively after an order has been submitted.
